I was pretty wasted in my brain after playing 9 hours on the 11Rebuy I won, so I went allin at some stupid point but with few chips.

You still need to go around 200 before the prices are interesting.

But still a decent result.

So after a little less than 9 hours of poker. I was offered a deal from the UK guy I was heads up with. I was down at some point around 600K in stack and he was close to 4 million. But I fought up to 1,5 million. and decided my arse was flying just above the waterline. So I decided to say yeah to a deal and we played afterwards where I went allin a couple of times and actually hit the 1st place. He got more than I but I was satisfied :)

Now I'm preeeety sure that my mate and I will have a decent new years eve!

And I'm tasting blood... BIGTIME! :D

I played a passive form of game where I let the others do the errors and go aggresive on me and counter attacking at the right times.

The best move was a call from early with T3. on a Tx6 flop. I checked. He bet and I raised him. He went allin and I called. Clapping myself on the shoulder there :D

Poker interest is returning

After the last weekend where I changed some crucial parameters in my game it had some very positive results position wise. So I'm keen on trying to see if that is the lost piece in the puzzle I've been missing.

Any guesses?

I played well and was down around 3xBB a couple of times. But doubled. Usually I don't go that low on stack but wanted to see if it was worthwhile. And it was :) Best postion in this one so far.

In the end I was alliin with 44 and some numb nut with chips and Td2d felt compelled to call and hit.

Paypal testing OMG!

I'd like to do some testing with paypal in their sandbox but while looking for info and trying to make things happen paypal redirects my to some sub developer site which throws me back to their own developer site, to the Danish proxy redirected site and then to a German test site. OMGomgOMFG!

I've sent them a mail and don't want to spent time on that until they sort their sh't out.

So I've been focusing on wrapping up stuff. But then some loose end showed themselves and I had to tend to them. Now I only miss a smaller thing before I can start implementing both the copy protection and make the homepage. I'm thinking of going CMS if it can provide a decent look + functionality I want.

I've also been pimping the UI with some odd (poker table) shaped splash/info screens so it looks different and a little sexy.

I'll try to launch to my mates first, so they can be Guinea pigs. But I'll try to test/fix as much as I can.

The funny thing is that I can really follow Nokia (former work) in the decision when to release and not :)

I can keep adding features and dusting off. But if I don't draw the line at some point it might never go out.

It's more motivating if you have a basic feature set which you can vouge for and then small fix and add features in updates.

Finally again a final table 7/949 in the 17.5K GTD

$8 rebuy.

Main reason was luck and good cards.

My QQ killed KK + JJ in a 3 way at a crucial time, that warmed a lot. As well as my nut flush flop against AA. He wanted to slowplay 'em and felt the hammer of GOP! (God OF Poker - spoken with a deep and loud voice!).

Then my AA paid off and some other sweet pairs.

In the end I went allin UTG with AK and was called by JJ. Annoying hand to loose against. But that's it.

7 hours of poker. Time to relax!

Oh! I'm playing DC qualifier on Sunday. A little 1st place and I'm going to the Danish Championship in Poker. But maybe there's others wanting to go so they'll probably not just give me the chips. But let's see :)

Not many bucks for the effort, but shows it's possible to get up there.

Bad beats and unlucky setups rained down on me as usual this evening, but in this tourney I was a little lucky once and played by the odds otherwise. First price in this tourney $35K Yeeez. In the end I'm allin with QQ 4xBB OTB. BB is comitted with 20K (2xBB) left and calls with A5, River A.

Couple of hands later I get 6h7h and go allin from early with 2xBB. BB calls with 2h6d. I wonder who wins - SPOILER: He hits flush.

In a $6 rebuy 20K GTD a dude was looking for trouble my making an obvious bet from under the gun. I set him allin with AA and he calls with JJ. I loose ~½ my stack as he hits flush on the river.

Then I remember this guy I've met a couple of times "Oreglegios" a Greek dude I think. I played against him in Step 6 on party poker which he beat me in.

My program is getting tweaked currently. I've made some shortcuts to get the development flowing. Now I need to optimize a little before rockin.

The feature set is done for the poker tool.

The basic functionality on my poker tool is finished. Now I need to brush of some algorithms and mature the program. I also need some hand histories from different sites and different game types to increase the compability with different sites - that means playing some poker :D - Then my plan is to implement copy-protection and in the end a homepage for the tool as well.

I'm still compiling names and I'm not 100% sure what to call it yet.

I need to pimp the graphics a bit also so it doesn't look too dull.

Timeframe? Don't know, don't care :) But I'd say around a month.

11/59 in the WPT sat. 473/1483 in 300K GTD and bubblish in Sunday Storm.

Relatively close to a WPT seat you can say. Top 2 got one and 3-6 had some interesting prices. But I decided to go out of the tourney as an early aggressor got me on my lacking routine. I tripled his early double bet with 99 OTB. He went allin and I took a stupid chance.

The 300K I also played very tight but in the end I had to make a move with ThJh with ~10BB left and was caught by KK.

In the Sunday storm just before the money 6300/40K paid. Some fish is allin just before the button and a loose aggressive guy on the button with chips calls. Nice as I sit with KK as SB - allin!

It's been a while since I played for the WPT, but Saturday we're rockin' again! I won a seat at the qualifier for Barcelona tonight as I made 1/40. I took a lucky call on a top pair/flush draw flop against AA and doubled at a very convienient time and the rest the folks didn't put up much challenge.

Also I qualified for the 300K on Sunday so we're rockin' bigtime this weekend ;)

I also suffered buckets of bad beats as I twice lost my allin turn-straight to the full house river. And Then my JJ didn't hold up against 55 + AK as 55 won with a set in a 3 way allin.

But all in all interesting :D

In two tourneys I look at AA and QQ. I raise from early in the QQ tourney and a loose dude calls. Looking forward to the flop..

The other one I just go allin with AA as a dude raises a lot from early. Luckily I just see me winning with AA. QQ are lost.

I've made a new and dead sexy (fat bastard voice) feature which just grew on me. It creates a powerful overview of your doings in he world of online poker.

This feature among the other seems to differentiate from the current products on the market... well at least one of them lol, so this increases the chances for a successful launch.

I keep developing and playing poker..... :D

Biggest bad beat ever?

I'm playing the top of my game for the moment but loosing to a fish when I go allin with 99 and getting called with 66, getting kicked out of the tourney that way and then this above makes it VERY difficult to get the bucks rolling. But I know I play better than ini a long time current so I expect reaching some nice buck soon.

BTW, I played a WPT sattelite qualifier 40$ buyin. I'm low on stack and in late position with QQ BB is 120.  An idiot limps from early 120 ~2k left. i raise his bet 120->360 he calls. XXJ. he bets 120/720. I'm allin and FF (Non-disclosed abbreviation, for keeping a relatively decent tone) calls with J4. Turn 4 bye bye. What a jerk.

Ok I've now moved into programatically drawing stuff via the GDI interface on windows and I must admit I'm a little proud of being father to this simple Calendar for starters today:

I'm a little too tired for actually working now so it took some time to figure out the algorithm to draw current month and the adjacent ones, but I got it.

The other one was a interesting chance I took. I was quite low on chips and though they had higher cards and Finally some math kicks some ass. Even though I had a little less than 1/3 favor I'm satisfied:

I got a couple of comments on that move :D ... but ok I was a little lucky my guess was semi-right. But no chances no profit!
