Worn out :(

It's really very seldom I get so worn out phsycoligically as when I loose multiple times with over pair and then one time with KK against AJ. It's like.. I don't know man. I play for winning and apply both skills, patience and discipline but still I get rammed. And then a lot of time is just gone out the drain. Tough stuff!

My best posish in that tourney as well. 1st price is 3.6K$. I'm rolling currently I think. Found the right way. Now I just need some more luck. My AT was beaten by the chipleaders QJ. Annoying but that is how it goes. Now it's bedtimes!! See ya ;)

I didn't get any chance to play any hands so it was difficult. I mad an allin with AJ against A8 which was a split pot. I went out with my AQ against JJ. I played tight as .... but yeah didn't get a chance to rock. Took a couple of small pots. Nevertheless it's the first time in a while I've gone this far in quite some time so I'm satisfied :) I kill'em the next time! Played a reduced number of tourneys at the same time to focus on the biggie.

An interesting observation was one dude betting on his flopped house. That was good play. It worked. Tells a little about the mothers playing the higher buyin tourneys.

Yes, this is another badbeat story, sry. But I got to get it out :|
So I'm playing this 5$ rebuy tourney, Ok I know low buyin more fish. But nevertheless I've spotted a really big fish... FISH - inexperienced player. To elaborate a little on this guy: Not really knowing what he's doing (and probably having no awaereness at all where he is or what he's doing... Probably dressed out as a little girl with pigtails sucking a lollipop. In short a numbnut!). Where were I... AH! Yes rebuy tourney 5$ buyin. So I've spotted his skills ... lacking. And at a point I have AK. I raise considerately and a dude behind me goes allin 1/4 of my stack. Numbnut calls and I set him allin to 1/3 my stack. He calls and shows A2d. Diamond flush.... Ooooook!

Short after numbnut is limping from early position again I have KK and raise 10xBB. He another one is allin and numbnut calls. I call as well 1/3 of my stack. Flop: 89T. I go allin and My genius calls with A9. Turn: crap, river 9 and that was that tourney.

I'm about to go berserk but calm myself by the fact that the fish are overly represented at these low buyins. I'll get the mother next time.

From the postive side I just won an entry to the 200K GTD tomorrow so hopefulle I get semi-millionaere tomorrow :P

Yes sir-e! Finally some wind my way and my best position so far in the 10K GTD. I was preetty lucky to take home around 6-7 coinflips in a row. It secured me ½ a monthly salary so it was worth the 7 hours it took. Headsup I didn't hit much and the Dude from Australia was a badass. I'll take him the next time! Some interesting hands:

I went ITM (In Da Money) in two other tourneys - 2x/794 in a another 10K tourney 5$ rebuy and 4x/4xx in a 10K 11 rebuy tourney. In the 11$ buyin a numb nut went allin from early with K6s and I called with AK and went out as he hit the flush. Definitely feels like I'm in the zone. If I can recover from going to bed at 5 I'll hae another go tonight.

I'm getting SO tired of contantly loosing with the best hands!

In the 5$ rebuy mentioned in the title I get kicked out with KK against 55. After 5 hours of gaming... exhaling deeply.

I just took a chance in a 11$ rebuy as a stupid lucky fck is allin on the turn on a flushdraw:

VERY sick shit! Loosing that 82% chance. So instead of going to top 3 with 200 left I go to top 0..... Sweating of anger here..... ARGH!

Saw some poker in TV the last night and wanted to try and apply some of it on the following hand. The dude had raised a couple of times before so I went for the aggresive style:

On the flop I continue bet and he raises:

I think I've hit the unluck and the fish threshold. That is:

The "unluck threshold": The day before yesterday I was playing a tourney 22$ freezeout 5K gtd. Relatively long into the tourney I had the start stack and looked at the aces. 3 other guys had +2 Big blind raised so I set them allin to avoid too much competition. Then one guy called with QQ. We did a split as there was straight on the table :| ... A little later I had the chance to beat a fish I'd located as I went allin on him with AJ, he called with AT and hit a straight. So there I lost my 2/3 chance once again :( .. and went out of that tournament ;(

The same day I was playing another tournament - 11 rebuy at betsafe. We had been playing for quite some time as big blind was 400 and I had made a 2x Big blind raise from late position with AQ. Two fish call and the flop is 47Q. I think I raised a little above ½ the pot. Then the two ther guys were allin. What?! I noticed they where playing fishy/inexperienced so I thought I had a decent chance here and called. Well fish1 had an outside straight draw and fish2 had called with Q7s. And then I went out here as well :(

The only way to beat the fish is to have more focus on each game to be sure about their skills or lack of same. I have to tweak some parameters nevertheless to improve somehow if possible. Otherwise patience is the only means. Currently I'm taking a couple of days of poker as I'm visting the ol' folks :)

A last status is that I've started up at Danske Spil poker to go bonus harvesting since partypoker didn't allow access since my Java update. They suggested I downgraded my Java version... Not really smart when betsafe which I'm also playing at requires the newest version! Another incentive to go play at another site... I guess they don't like my $ at party poker?

Alrighty, finally I hit the final table in one of my regular tourneys. The chiplead was stupid aggresive but to my advantage because the guys he challenged were beaten by his luck and I rose in price money (HeheheHEEHehheee - witch's laugh!). BUT! Then at some point as the chip lead kept raising the small blind (I was big blind and Chip lead On the button) the small blind went allin. I had AJ and we were 4 left so I figured small blind had enough and wanted to make a stand. But my hand was relatively killer since we were only 4 left so I took a chance and call although he had me covered. Good choice as 2nd lowest had A5.. But he hits his 5 and I'm out. Damn!

In a 10K GTD freezeout $55 buyin some smuck has limped from earlly BB=200. I have 1700 and go allin with TT. He thinks.... thinks.... and thinks "oh hihihihihihihi I have 8Ts I'll go for it - little girls voice... hihihhihi". Of course he hits his 8 + 8. Bye bye.

Well relatively well evening nevertheless. Tonight I've qualified for the 100K tourney, so yet another shot :)
